Mission: Mahjong!, in partnership with the World Mahjong Tour and HyperX Arena, will be holding its very first tourney on Sunday, December 21st!

The Mission: Mahjong! Tourney rule set uses an adaptation of Hong Kong-style Chinese Mahjong. It retains the core structure and strategy of traditional mahjong, but streamlines point calculations by removing faan/base point conversions, and expands point-earning opportunities that reward creativity in hand-building, while still requiring an understanding of mahjong strategy fundamentals.

The result is a fast-paced and inclusive format where new and experienced players have an opportunity to compete and win.
