How to Claim Your Prize

Step 01

Verify your email address. All Players who win a cash prize will need to verify their email. We will start with the one you used to sign up on the website.

Step 02

You will get an email from a website called paymentlabs.io. If you do not get an email within 3 weeks of winning a competition, please reach out to [email protected]. The HyperX Arena prize process is 30 days or less.

Step 03

Create an Account. Open the email and follow the instructions to create an account on paymentlabs.io.

Step 04

Enter Your Information. You will need to put in your tax information and choose which payment method you would like to use to receive the prize.

Step 05

Get Your Prize. Once you’ve done all this, your prize money will be sent to you using the method you chose. If you ever win another prize, it will go to whichever payment method is current on your account.

Six-Month Deadline: You have six months to set up your account and claim your prize. If you don’t claim on time, the prize will become forfeited. Need help? If you have any problems or questions, you can email [email protected] for help.
